Accessibility
Knowend is working to make this website accessible for everyone.
This document is provided as a general summary and may be updated. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice; please contact us with any questions.
Our commitment
Knowend is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including people with disability. We are continuously improving the site’s accessibility.
What we aim for
We work towards meaningful heading hierarchy, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-navigable menus, descriptive image alt text, readable text sizes and large, clear tap targets on mobile.
Forms & navigation
Contact and resource forms use labelled fields, and navigation can be operated by keyboard. If you encounter a barrier using a form or the menu, we want to know.
Known limitations
This is an evolving website; some areas may still need improvement. Where issues exist, we prioritise fixes that affect core journeys such as contacting us or requesting resources.
Feedback
If something on this site is difficult to use, please email enquiries@knowend.com.au with a short description and the page it relates to. We take accessibility feedback seriously.
