BEFORE
Baseline — understand where people are starting.
DURING
Participation and engagement across the program.
AFTER
Learning and outcome assessment at completion.
60–90 DAYS
Application and behaviour follow-up where appropriate.
What we look at
Participant feedback, behavioural indicators and organisational outcomes — used to inform program improvement.
Potential measures
Knowend does not publish percentages, participant numbers or outcomes that have not been verified through delivery. Real results will be added here as programs are completed and permissions confirmed.
