Shady has 20+ years’ experience across leadership, people development, youth and community — with practical work across schools, organisations, faith-based and community settings, and corporate teams. He is a published author and leadership coach.
Programs are designed and facilitated with a practical focus on real growth, not theory — guided by the Knowend method: KNOW → GROW → LEAD → IMPACT.
